For ease of use and reliabilty you cant go past pestpatrol. I had used this program in the past, but I wondered how the newer versions stacked up. When I scanned I was suprised to find not only did it find all the trojans in our trojan list, It also detected some spyware cookies on my computer I didnt even realise where there!!! This is the first time I have ever used this program and it was suprisingly good. Digital Patrol detected EVERY SINGLE TROJAN on trojan scan test. SafePC rated 10/10
Wow. Not often do I come across software that is so outstanding that I am literally blown away by it. SafePC is an exception. This software is truly awesome. SafePC is a program firewall, instead of blocking internet connections like normal firewalls, SafePC blocks programs from being run. YOU CAN NOT BECOME INFECTED UNKNOWINGLY with trojans, viruses or other malware when you are running SafePC. SafePC stops new software being installed on your computer, unless you know the password you cannot install the software. I have started using SafePC myself and would recommend it to anyone who is seroius about proecting their computer and family from hackers. THIS PROGRAM IS A MUST HAVE. Trojan Remover: SimplySuper Software rated 5/10
Trojan Remover is a simple to use trojan scanner that does an average job. We scanned our trojan database with it and where suprised when it missed a lot of trojans. We where happy with the programs ease of use and it was suitable for all computer users especially those who are new to computers. Overall I would rate this product a 5/10, it would have rated much higher had it detected more trojans. Trojan Remover: SimplySuper Software

ATShield is an easy to use program that is not only a trojan scanner but it also features a suite of tools that can help remove trojans. Unfortunately this program failed miserably in our trojan scanning test. Out of a possible 1500 trojans, it detected only 12, yes twelve. We believe that this is pretty bad and we cant recommend this program to people. ATShield: ATShield Ltd

IParmor is an interesting trojan removal tool. Featuring some unique tools including a network sniffer and also a program related firewall (built into the sniffer). These tools and features are actually quite good. What lets this program down is its detection rate. We scanned 1500 trojans and this program only detected about 800. IPArmor
Antiy Ghostbusters rated 9/10
Antiy Ghostbusters is a suprisingly good program. The test scan found 99 percent of the trojans out of 1500. (you can view the scan results log here). An easy to use interface with some the usual tools that are associated with these types of programs. This program integrates into internet explorer and can block trojans before they even infect you. A built in firewall comes with this program making it an overall excellent tool for protecting your computer from trojans. Antiy Ghostbusters

Advanced Administrative Tools is a comprehensive set of network tools that can help you find and remove trojans on a single pc, or over a network. Not specifically designed as an anti trojan program, it does not have an anti trojan scanner built in. It does however have a large number of useful tools that are benificial in removing trojans. With the ability to port scan a network allowing you to search for open ports possibly indicating a back door on the computer. A very good process monitor is included in the tools, allowing you to kill trojan processes easily. The network monitor is advanced and you can see all the connections to and from your computer.
